We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days.
Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm EST/11am PST Monday-Friday to ship same-day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will not be shipped until the following day. Please be aware Express delivery is on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for refund or exchange.
There are two options for return shipping: Self Return or UPS. Selecting UPS provides a prepaid return label at a flat rate of $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund. The Self Return shipping option allows you to pay and select the carrier of your choice (this is not a prepaid label).
To make an exchange, make a note on your return that you are doing an exchange, then place an order for the exchange. You will not be charged the $9.95 return shipping fee if you note that you are doing an exchange.
